In accordance with Swiss legislation, our products are sold as raw plant material. We make no therapeutic claims. Their use is the responsibility of each user. This product is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prices are set in Swiss francs and\/or euros. The price of items charged to customers is that in force on the order date and appearing in the order confirmation email received by the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

The customer is solely responsible for import procedures for goods into their territory in accordance with applicable local law.<\/strong> They must be of legal age and have the right to order the goods and conclude the purchase contract. The customer ensures that the order does not violate any provisions in force in the destination country and that the information provided is accurate.<\/span><\/p>\n

Any customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The payment methods on our store are all secure.<\/span>
\nArtemisine S\u00e0rl uses a payment system via Swipe, either by credit card, Twint, or other means provided by recognized banks supervised by FINMA.<\/span>
\nConfidential data (customer identity, card number, etc.) are stored only by banking partners on highly secure servers; Artemisine S\u00e0rl does not have access to them.<\/span><\/p>\n
