Placing an order by the customer implies their full acceptance of these GTC. The contract for the sale of items over the Internet is concluded between Artemisine Sàrl and the customer. The customer declares that they have the capacity to contract.

In accordance with Swiss legislation, our products are sold as raw plant material. We make no therapeutic claims. Their use is the responsibility of each user. This product is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

The products are sold with no warranty other than that claimed by Artemisine Sàrl.

If the order cannot be shipped within 7 days, the customer will be informed of this situation.

Prices are set in Swiss francs and/or euros. The price of items charged to customers is that in force on the order date and appearing in the order confirmation email received by the customer.

The customer is solely responsible for import procedures for goods into their territory in accordance with applicable local law. They must be of legal age and have the right to order the goods and conclude the purchase contract. The customer ensures that the order does not violate any provisions in force in the destination country and that the information provided is accurate.

Any customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

The payment methods on our store are all secure.
Artemisine Sàrl uses a payment system via Swipe, either by credit card, Twint, or other means provided by recognized banks supervised by FINMA.
Confidential data (customer identity, card number, etc.) are stored only by banking partners on highly secure servers; Artemisine Sàrl does not have access to them.

Payments can be made:

• by other possible means

Payment is debited at the time of order.

The customer consents to the personal data they provided at the start of their contractual relationship with Artemisine Sàrl being stored by the company. This data is stored solely for the purpose of facilitating the customer’s purchase of items and ensuring the smooth running of the commercial transaction in accordance with Art. 4 para. 3 of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). The data is processed confidentially and securely in accordance with the FADP.

The data will never be shared with third parties.

The contract comes into force when the order is placed and validated.

Order acceptance occurs upon receipt of payment. After acceptance, the customer acknowledges having read these GTC.

The customer automatically receives an order confirmation at the email address they provided.

If the goods arrive in damaged condition, Artemisine Sàrl will exchange them. The customer must provide photos of the damaged items, if applicable. A request to return the defective item may be made.

The return period is 5 days.

These GTC and the contracts concluded are governed by Swiss law.

The place of jurisdiction in the event of a dispute is Geneva, Switzerland
